Looking for the Best restaurants near Fort Lauderdale Convention Center?

(Updated Monday, Aug 22, 2016) When you’re in town for a convention, show or other event and you’re looking for the best restaurants near Fort Lauderdale Convention Center (also known as the Greater Fort Lauderdale / Broward County Convention Center), you are faced with many choices… many are less than a 5 to 10 minute walk, or even a 2 minute drive.

However, if you’re looking for a REAL New York style deli, you can stop your search right now… the New York Marina Deli is just around the corner from the Convention Center.

Whether you’re an attendee or an exhibitor, be sure to make the New York Marina Deli a “must-do” while in Fort Lauderdale.  The menu is jammed with all your favorites… mile high hot Corned Beef, Pastrami, house-made roast beef (always nice and rare), and also house-made roast turkey breast all await you.

GETTING HERE:  See map to the right, or below if you’re on a mobile device.  We’re just to the west of the Convention Center, on the north side of the 17th Street Causeway.  You’ll find us tucked away in the Southport Shopping Center… look for Office Depot.  When you find it, were just a bit to the right and then toward the back of the plaza.  I guess you could say we’re truly a “hidden gem”.
